Worker’s Compensation Form** **All permit applicants not meeting any of the Worker’s Compensation exemptions must supply a Certificate of insurance.
LTL Consultants LTD is the Borough’s Building and Code Officials company. Eddie Patton is the Borough’s Building Official. Eddie will be n the office on Tuesdays from 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM to meet with residents and to perform inspections.
