PROPOSED ORDINANCES:
Ordinance 2026-286 – Council will consider this ordinance for the purchase of its General Obligation Note in a maximum aggregate principal amount of $400,000 for the purposes of financing (1) a portion of the costs of certain sewer system improvements and (2) the costs of issuing the Note and authorizing other action in connection with the issuance of the Note. Ordinance 2025-285 – an Ordinance amending Chapter 398 of the Code to increase water rates and to increase trash collection rates enacted at the December 16, 2025 Borough Council Meeting.
Ordinance 2025-284 – This ordinance amends Chapter 405 “Vehicles and Traffic” at Section 405-11 to provide for and establish two new stop signs at the intersection of East Second Street and Chatham Street to address safety and traffic concerns.
